You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Description of Service

Image Extender is an AI-powered image extension service that allows users to upload images and expand them in any direction using AI outpainting technology.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Only upload images you have the right to use
Not upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
Not use the Service for harassment or defamation
Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
Not use automated systems to access the Service
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Content Rights

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for providing the Service.

Generated Content: You own the rights to extended images generated through our Service.

6. Credits, Payments, and Refunds

New users receive 100 free credits upon registration.
Each image extension costs credits based on the operation performed.
Additional credits are available through paid subscription plans.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
Refunds: Unused credits from paid plans may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Used credits are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify credit costs and plans at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or generate:

Child sexual exploitation material
Non-consensual intimate images
Content promoting violence or terrorism
Content infringing intellectual property rights
Illegal content

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Image Extender and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

By you: You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMAGE EXTENDER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Image Extender from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Image Extender.
